I need an administrative assistant with knowledge in Bulgarian as well as English. I would like the person to be located in European Union. The responsibilities shall be: -Update daily and weekly records of expenses -Reconcile records in the data entry software -Coordinate with suppliers and partners -Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers -Organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software -Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes Sometimes it may require making phone calls and arranging meetings.

Hi, My name is Jo Ann Perez but you can call me Jown. I graduated college and my course is Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication. I worked in a BPO industry for 11 years. I’ve handled different accounts such as sales, customer service, chat and email support and back office works. I do have B2B experience when I dialed E-bridge as we called small to medium enterprises for business listings. I also have B2C experience in card protection program against credit fraud and identity theft in Canada. I also have Lead generation experience for Brady. It’s an in-house company as we gather leads for sales. I also worked for PetCare Rx as an account specialist as we do follow up’s for pets prescription and medication. Chat support for Comcast and Email Support representative for Virgin Mobile Australia as we handle complaints and customer service through email. I also have technical support experience for Citibank as we walkthrough customer to their online account. My most recent office-based experience was with Energy Australia as a back office support. We handled adjustments for billings and account receivable. I have basic knowledge of excel and Microsoft word as that is our main tool for back office support and I am also proficient with basic computer programs. We used OMNI Flow and C1 as our CRM. I will complete the work within the time limit. During the work period, each item will be treated with care. After completion, it will be checked again and again to know that the confirmation will be correct. If I encounter any problems during work, I will immediately solve and learn the difficulties I encountered in the process.
