Hi, currently I am in need of Audio Transcribers who can do fast typing (30-40 wpm). I have audio files needed to be typed in Word format. Very simple job preferably with past transcription experience and with good attention to detail, also someone who can work under pressure. Kindly include in your cover letter how fast you can finish a thirty minute audio file and how good your command is with the English language. Thank you and good luck!

Hello. My typing skills are 60 wpm with a 98% accuracy level. I can transcribe a 30 minute audio conversation in roughly 2 to 2.5 hours. My experience is primarily with taped interviews concerning genealogy related content. My rate is $1.25/audio minute. I'm assuming the audios would not exceed 40 and each not more than 30 minutes as mentioned; I could provide you with approx. 4-5 a day (cause I've got other typing jobs!).
