I am looking for hints regarding my ancestors in Sweden. This is what I have: A sailor named Otto Shelland arrived in Baja California, Mexico in the late 1800, early 1900. He married Amalia Rodriguez on August 2, 1902 in San Quintin and had several children. He was 28 years old when he got marrried He spoke Swedish and english. His father was Randohl Shelland (Probably from England), his mother Maria Ijacson (maybe Isakson) and she probably came from Molms?, Sweden. Otto seemed to have some ties in Holm?, Sweden The research should be about searching Maria Ijacson (Isakson) in some kind of registry and find the part of the family that stayed in Sweden, with the intention of finding relatives in Sweden. Furthermore, try to see if there are still some ties to Holm / Molms, Sweden.
