Compile text from websites into Excel sheet(repost)

You will compile information from each of 303 results here: [http://www.medicare.gov/nursinghomecompare/results.aspx#loc=10013&dist=25][1] (choose 25 miles and update results) Each home should be on a separate row in a single Excel file, with columns for each piece of information, including: Name (text), Address (text), Phone (number), Medicare (yes/no), Medicaid (yes/no), Distance (number), Overall Rating (number), Health Inspections (number), Staffing (number), Quality Ratings (number) Also include the information that is obtained by clicking on the home and checking the General Information tab: Certified Beds (number), Ownership Type (text), Owner (text), CCRC (yes/no), Hospital (yes/no), Resident Council (yes/no), Family Council (yes/no) Also include the information under the Staffing tab: Residents (number), Total Hours/Day (number), RN Hours/Day (number), LPN/LVN Hours/Day (number), CNA Hours/Day (number), Physical Therapy Hours/Day (number) Also include the information under the Quality Measures tab: Percent Short-Stay Antipsychotic (number), Percent Long-Stay Depressive (number) Also include the information under the Penalties tab: Total Fines (number), Total Payment Denials (number) Then just include an extra column with a URL (linked) to the General Information page for the home. Then go to <[login to view URL]> and look up the home if it is in New York. If it comes up, add the URL of the [login to view URL] page for the home as an extra column, along with the following information as extra columns: Occupancy Rate (number), Complaints/100 (number), Citations/100 (number) Then include the URL of the home's homepage in another column (will need to Google for outside New York). Then find an appropriate email address for inquiries (highest level person available on the website) and include the email address on a new column, with the name/title of the person on an adjacent column. Good and expeditious work will warrant the award of future jobs!
