Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data -- 2

I need to annotate Arabic tweets. Decide which tweets are positive and which are negative.30000 tweets \r\n Arabic language knowledge is a must.\r\n\r\nbelow are guidelines for annotation \r\n Guidelines:\r\n 1- Each tweet should be read/understood carefully before annotating\r\n 2- Language of the tweet is then specified in the "Language" field. Language are ranged between Arabic, English, Franco\r\n 3- "Dominant Polarity|| SubjectedTo" is filled with the dominant classification of the tweet as well as the topic that the classification is about (taken from the tweet as is)\r\n 4- "Polarity||SubjectedTo" is then to be filled with the classification of the tweet as well as the topic that the classification is about (taken from the tweet as is), separated by "||"\r\n 5- Multiple classifications with multiple topics are added with a UNIQUE delimiter of ";;" with no spaces.\r\n 6- "Polarity||SubjectedTo (Standard)" is then filled with the same procedure of 4th, 5th guidelines. However, the topic to be filled should be standard.\r\n 7- "IsRepeated" should ONLY be filled with "Repeated" for repeated tweets.\r\n 8- "Categories" is filled with Category/Categories that the tweet being annotated belongs to.\r\n 9- Standard categories to select from are defined in the previous "Components" section.\r\n 10- Multiple categories per tweet are added in the "Categories" section with a UNIQUE delimiter of ";;" with no spaces.\r\n 11- "Certainty" is filled with a number ranging from 1 to 3 indicating how confident the annotator is regarding the tweet being annotated. (1 is Not Sure ... 3 is Absolutely certain)
