Bar Mangement for a little Bar/Hostel with Excel:
Goal: getting data from the sales sheet and from the stock count sheet to calculate the loss, profit,......
We are using the System iZettle which is a kind of mini POS (Point of Sale) system where we sell our products like beer, cocktails, softdrinks, and more). This System from iZettle delivers the numbers and products we sold in a certain timeperiod. This could be a cocktail like a "Cuba Libre". This needs to be converted into its ingredients so we can detuct it auomatically from our stock. for example: 1 cuba libre = 2cl Rum, 6cl Coca Cola, half of a lime.
Calculating what products got out with the sales plus what got bought (restock) plus what got broken (loss).
The we use a little app called Partender which we count our count. This generates an excel again which represents the REAL stock. Our Calculation should compare with this REAL stock and shows the difference.
On top of that to calculate loss, win, values.....
All should be flexible and modular so we can always add new drinks
