CakePHP develop new functionality

I have an existing CakePHP/MySQL script that I need to expand. The script allows individuals to create surveys and to receive the responses to those surveys. What I now need to add is a way to present the results (create dedicated microsites to show the results) and filter them (by question or by respondent also by what type of respondent). I would like to display some results using graphs (we already do that but I would like to display them with better graphs), allow users to edit the each individual result by allow them to edit the responses and adding titles, sources, etc. Allow to create folders and be able to bookmark results in those folders. Keep track of how many times a result has been viewed and also how many times it has been used by downloading it or by sharing it on social media. Looking for someone experienced, that can understand code fast and get the results right away. Job shouldn't take more than a couple of days. Max bid: $200
