add adense to my vanilla forum - repost

I have a new forum, done in vanilla. I am trying to add adsense to it, have tried all sorts of way, editing code, using plugins.... nothing seems to work. I need some to sort it out so:- a. there is square adsense at the top of the left column b. On the home page, above the first category there is a 336 x 280 adsense block c. After the first last threads on the category pages eg [login to view URL] there should be a 728 x 90 adblock d. BESIDE the 1st and last posts on the post [login to view URL] should be a 336 x 280 adsense block Please note. a. You must do ALL the above, to get paid. b. I am not funding milestones, till the job is completely done. I am fed up with developers doing half the work, asking for half the money... then disappearing. I will pay the full amount, once the whole job is done, not before. This is a no more than 90 minutes job, if you understand how vanilla forums works, dont apply if you dont know how to use vanilla.
