Stream processing with GPU

Hi there, personally CUDA/GPGPU and Python jobs are my main focus on this platform and this project seems particularly interesting to start with. We could use both of them for a project like this. Also it happens that I have worked with Kafka for multistream processing use case, so I would be fine to work with this again. Talking about high-performance computing, the first step is to understand your needs, which are not very clear from your description. What is the stream you want to process? Are we talking about frame data (e.g. rgb frames) or something completely different. From my experience, using Kafka for such data is not really efficient, but that depends on the use case of course. Instead of Kafka, may I use redis please? I've used AVX and openMP. I would like to work with CUDA please.
