I am certified from University of Sydney in Positive Psychiatry and Mental Health. I am an active volunteer in Art Of Living Foundation headed by Sri Sri Ravishankar and I have also completed Inner Engineering course offered by Isha Foundation under the esteem guidance of Sri Vasudev Jaggi fondly known as Sadhguru. I am a regular meditator and follow yoga and yogic practices extensively. I have mentored Management students and given guest lectures in renowned universities and schools. I have counseled various people dealing with Marriage issues, career and relationship concerns. I usually advise as per the situation and health of my client. I believe health and good state of mind when given first priority eventually makes a person capable to fight any situation.
