I have established a new e-business. It is a marketplace where vendors can sell their products through my website (similar to eBay). I want to have a policy and privacy agreement (so i will be protected by vendors and buyers) and I am wondering whether to write it by myself or by asking a specialist (Lawyer) to do this job for me.
