I have done many similar projects here on Freelancer.com including those with poor audio and various accents. I also have experience working with Australian, New Zealand and British English accents, as well as those from non-native English speakers. I possess excellent listening and comprehension skills and I can guarantee accuracy and on-time delivery of my work output, with appropriate quality and formatting for students with disabilities based on your specifications. I usually use Express Scribe transcription software and MS Word, as you require. I can submit the transcription document 24 hours after receiving the audio file. I can transcribe the content, giving attention to details and in a timely manner. If needed, I will also eliminate sentences beginning with "and" "so" "but" "well", etc. Remove filler words, jargon such as "you know" "um" "oh" "well". Make sentences complete with start and end.
