The Dock Restaurant Cartoon picture with tiki hut added

We are looking for someone to cartoonize this picture of our fishmarket (below) and deck (on top of the fish market) and to add a big tiki hut (in place of the aluminum tent frame). On the left and right sides of the tiki hut we want big palm trees. We have synthetic ones there now, but it is winter still and we took the fronds down. I have attached a picture of how it looks today. We want this done because we want to add this logo onto the front of our t-shirts that we wear and sell to customers. I have attached also a picture of a tiki hut in case you are unsure of what it is. I have also edited the picture just to show more what I am talking about what we need done. Remove all of the dock posts that are blocking the view of the market too. This picture is going to be screen printed so the less colors used the better, probably under 6. Obviously my little paint drawing sucks but just a rough idea.
