The final project will be a Windows desktop app (written in C# or VB.net) with one button and one textbox. The full path to another program ([login to view URL]) will be entered into the textbox. Clicking the button will make the program ([login to view URL]) the default application for handling the mailto protocol and .eml files. The tests will be: 1) Click a mailto link on a webpage and [login to view URL] will open receiving the information in the mailto link. 2) Open a .eml file from explorer and [login to view URL] will open receiving the .eml file path 3) Open a document in Microsoft Word (2010), go to File->Save & Send->Send Using E-mail->Send as attachment and [login to view URL] will open receiving the file path to be attached. All tests must pass on Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10.

Hi. I am an experienced .net developer and can do you task with C# and .NET. Always provide all source codes and support for project in future. Question: 1) We need administrative privileges for change registry to handle *.eml files. Because we don't have certificate for sign application, Windows display UAC dialog for user with "Unknown publisher". It ok? 2) In some cases and in some browsers "mailto" links handled directly by browsers. In this case out application can not run. It ok?
