Hello, I have some experience with this kind of modules, more at hardware level and used GSM and GPS in lighting controllers. You can see in my portefolio a solar controller which I worked before with data logging and RF interface to a network gateway, just for your reference. In the university I learned also electronics for medical systems and projected also a small heart rate monitor. My proposal it is to support you in your project by looking for suitable modules and designing the connections diagram and a small PCB to put everything together. Hi! I worked with all of the sensor/modules you mentioned with arduino and PIC. Well, you should know only one arduino wont be capable of handle all the modules.. I propose a net of microcontrollers for your project.

Is it possible if you can use arduino mega? arduino mega has more pins that can accomodate your modules that you want to add. ardiuno uno and nano has a limited number of digital and analog pins.
