I need a program that restarts a running windows 32bit application. The application crashes often and I need to have it restarted automatically once it crashes. The auto restart program should check a particular option and press start so that my application is up and running again. I found some auto restart program online but they cannot perform :check box and press start function"

This is very straight forward. I can use the Windows API to toggle the checkbox and then start the application. I'm giving a 3 day development period as a maximum but ideally this program will be coded and ready-to-go in a matter of hours.
