Skype plugin. listen to remote mic, speakers. use mic ( For LAN )

Hello! I have a small office where my employee speaks to my clients on skype. Each employee has different skype account with some clients added in it. I need a small desktop software to listen to remote Microphone / Speakers to listen to both sides on Skype. ( to listen what my employee speaks to my clients and what client says ) I will listen this on my local area network only. ( not on internet ) . I just need to watch my employees what they speak to my clients. You can make it in any language. i need both server and client side applications. Client application must be password protected. Below is the explanation on how to make the Server side application: A control panel screen , where i will add some IP addresses of LAN ( local area network machines ) , The Server application will automatically check all machines each 5 seconds or 10 seconds to make sure the employee is online or not. if machine is online, i can click on "Listen" button to listen to both Microphone and Speakers ( employee and client ) on that machine. There should be an option to stop the microphone on LAN machine ( the employee ) , and i speak instead of employee to the client from my own machine. it is like i sit on my machine, use your software to stop the remote mic on LAN and i speak to client instead while i am sitting on my server machine. in this case, the employee will see "WAIT" message on his screen. so he understands that i am speaking to client directly. 1: The client application must starts automatically with windows. 2: To stop the client application, we need a password. Without password no one can stop the client application. 3: We can change the client application password. 4: Disable Task Manager when the plugin is active. 5: We can see plugin all the time in Notification area. 6: It must work with windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7. 7: I need a bug, virus, torjan, spyware, adware Free software. 8: Disable the TAB key when application is active. 9: You should test it your self before delivering the final version to me. i don't have time to test it. I will pay in 4 milestones First milestone: will be release when i see the interface of server and client side and i can hear to employee what they speak on skype. Second milestone: will be released when i see the That i can hear to both employee and client. Third milestone: will be released when i see i can speak on mic and other functions are working. Forth milestone: will be released when i check it on all windows XP, vista and 7 and make sure there is no bug.
