Real time data forex and Stock data in excel

I need to have a Stock quote from the Norwegian Stock exchange and a stock quote from NYSE and the USD/NOK spot rate real time feed in excel. Someone that can help me with that? If this is something you are able to do, i will provide you with more information in regards to the functions those quotes needs to perform in excel. The data does not have to be shown in excel but could be shown in a interface, but the quotes needs to perform specific functions.
