Reverse Proxy Network - Set UP - Programming

I need a Reverse Proxy Set up that will have the following: 1) Configure local IPs with ports 2) Set them to connect to various computers where the 'client' is installed 3) Perform Authentication and other misc tasks (discussed over PM) Also we would need the client that would function like a proxy. If you are able to make it undetectable, that will be an added advantage. We can always share the details of the project via PM. Someone good with networking and Delphi would be good. If you have already created something like this in the past, we can buy it. And most importantly If you have not already understood what the job is, then please don't bid.
