Hi there, I'm a structural engineer that familiar with precast concrete and I can design a building as an architect. I hope that will be great for you. I need to know what kind of precast you used for (specification of the wall, and floor). The structure must be the flat slab (no beam). Do you use prestress to the floor? If you need some structural calculation, I can provide it but we should discuss it since this is an hourly project. I'm afraid additional works will raise up duration of the work that will affect the total cost of the project. About my qualification, I've some samples work on my portfolio page.
