I require a Jira Service desk and Knowledge base to be setup to handle customer queries for my online business (Zencart store). I’m busy learning the basics of Jira myself, and need help with the setup, permissions, logo etc. I also need tutorials on how to handle tickets. Would like to evolve it towards using Jira to plan the workflow in my company.
