Twitter Artificial Intellegent bots that understands Arabic

Hi all,, I am looking for Arabic AI bots to replay and talk to other people in twitter accounts that understands all Arabic words and meanings I want also this bot to be able to do the following tasks. a website where i write a specific massage and this bot will automaticly translate my msgs to any international langaugae automaticly based on the account language For example i write Hello world All my twitter accounts will automaticly translate it to there setup langagues For example if i have chines account it will post same msg in chines The same applies to all other accounts Task 2 understands people msgs and replay them automaticly Task 3 it will retweet any msg in same language It will also try to search and archive all msgs from specific language with specific hashtags or words that applied from search engines This will be all by using a specific website to manage the twitter bots Thanks and regards
