Suppose you have a motor connected to a motor circuit breaker such as a Schneider Electric GV2ME08AP.
This breaker can have add-on contacts using GVAE11 or GVAN11 extra modules, so there are some Normal Open and Normal Close contacts to work with.
You have a modem-router with a sim card to provide internet access to the place of installation.
An ESP32 module or a small PLC is there to connect.
The end user must be able to connect from another city(!) to the ESP32 or PLC through a simple web page. The web page must me in a free web site creator such as Google Cloud or Wix web hosting. The ESP32 or PLC and the user PC are connected to a different wi-fi spot. I need to see the state of each motor even if I am in a different country!
There are 15 different places, each one far along from the others and in each one there are two motors. So the user must be able to see the statement of each motor (30 motors in total). I guess I have to make 15 same hardware installed each one to its own place.
The web page must shown (in 1 page or in 15 pages) the situation of [two NO] or [two NC] or [one NO and one NC] contacts (depending the motor, I will choose which contacts I will decide to watch later on the project).
An add to this project could be if in case of a motor stops due to a thermal breaker or short-circuit, the "system" will send a text message via e-mail as a warning.
The hardware mentioned before (router with a sim card, ESP32 module, small PLC) could be altered if you have another idea to use other hardware.
I know that all this would be easier to do using a small PLC (Siemens Logo8 or Schneider Electric Zelio) but I prefer this to be on an Arduino. But if you can do this using a Siemens Logo8 or Schenider Electric Zelio (only these two are acceptable), I am OK with that.
To sum up, the job is to provide the wiring sketch, the Arduino/Logo8/Zelio files, the web page files and the upload process to a free web site host server.
