I am seeking a skilled architect or drafter to create detailed facade, plan, and section drawings for four structures. Each drawing must be completed using a template I will provide to ensure consistency with the final output style.
Scope of Work:
Small Residential House (12 sqm) - I require a complete set of drawings (facade, plan, and section) for a small 18 square meter residential house. Reference images with dimensions are available.
L-Shaped Small Residential House (65 sqm) - This task involves creating architectural drawings for a 65 square meter residential house in an L-shape. I will provide images with handwritten dimensions for guidance.
Covered Outdoor Seating Area (24 sqm) - Drawings are needed for an outdoor seating area with a roof, covering 24 square meters. Photographs with dimensions of a similar existing structure are available to use as a reference.
Additional Covered Outdoor Seating Area (24 sqm) - Similar to item 3, this involves creating architectural drawings for another 24 square meter covered outdoor seating area. It should mirror the design of the seating area in item 3. No existing structure images are available; however, I will provide a hand-drawn image indicating the size and placement on the site.
Deliverables:
Four sets of architectural drawings (facade, plan, section) following the specified template.
Digital files in a format that can be edited (e.g., CAD).
Requirements:
Proven experience in architectural drafting or design.
Ability to interpret and convert hand-drawn images and measurements into professional drawings.
Attention to detail and adherence to the provided template style.
Project Timeline:
Please provide an estimated time of completion for each drawing set. I am looking to finalize all drawings as soon as possible.
Budget:
