I would like to hire an Animator

First and foremost, i am a writer. I tend to be very imaginative, but not as artistic. That is where you come into play. I need someone that can animate about a minutes worth for an intro idea i have in mind. Has to be a animator that is okay with dark, eerie, and scary themes. Most of my stories tend to be horror, so if i like this animator i may use them again for future projects. In a lot of situations the animations will just be a means to help build up fear and tension, but other times they could be graphic. Now lets get to the heart of the matter that all of you want to know, what is going to be in the animation. I just want a animation that opens up with two teenagers that walk into a old abandoned mansion, (In other words, break into one) which may or may not be haunted. When they walk in they already get a creepy feel, seeing spiders claw out of skulls, dust and cob webs all over the place. When the teenagers don't find anything of value (At least to them) They get bored and decide to leave. But before they do a book falls from one of the book shelves and lands on a table. It opens to a story just simply titled "Auto". What makes it creepy though is there is barbed wire wrapped around the letters, which cut into them and create the underline of the title in blood. Thats it, i think this can be done in about a minutes time. I don't need voice actors since i don't expect anyone to talk in the scene, and the animation would likely be in black and white to fit in with my stories and illustrations. I don't need music, i have music of my own. Sound effects however, would be nice. I am looking for very nicely detailed animation and if you think you can fit what i have described, then by all means, send me a greeting.
