FAST Developer to *complete* a Version 1 Web App! (WILL HAVE FUTURE MOBILE APPS)

Hello! I would like to hire you to *finish* a web app thats being developed in ANGULAR for the frontend and PYTHON for the backend. This app connects to STRIPE so users can process payments and track their business data. The previous development team says the current code is maintained in "bitbucket." As I understand it, we have the following completed: A. All frontend Designs in Figma (they need to be coded with the app. Previous team started but they were doing a terrible job of completing it) B. Some of the app functions (but not properly) 1. WHAT WE NEED: A. Front-end development completed correctly B. Live Stripe Connection (we have the account + secret keys and credentials ready) C. Full app functionality so we can beta test D.
