I am an expert Android Developer. I have experience in developing similar apps and I can work on it ASAP. I am online daily from 8AM to 9PM. We can communicate on skype/email/freelancer to give you updates on progress or answer any questions so communication won't be an issue. I can start ASAP even without releasing any milestone.
