Operations: Betting Account Auditor and Relations Manager Objective: To ensure the accuracy and integrity of betting accounts, manage partner relations, provide excellent customer service, and troubleshoot account-related issues. Responsibilities: Account Auditing: Regularly auditing betting accounts to reconcile bets placed with recorded data in the bet tracker. Identifying and addressing discrepancies promptly. Reporting: Generating detailed reports for partners, including bet summaries, account balances, and settlement calculations. Confirmation and Payment Coordination: Contacting partners to confirm figures and settle accounts. Coordinating payments and withdrawals accurately and on time. Technical Troubleshooting: Resolving technical issues related to betting accounts, such as proxy problems, locked accounts, or bans. Ensuring accounts are operational. Account Management: Adding and managing partner accounts in the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to partners by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relations. Communication: Maintaining strong and clear communication with all betting partners, ensuring their needs are met, and addressing any concerns. Compliance: Ensuring all account-related activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Proactive Partner Relations: Proactively reaching out to partners to build strong relationships, understand their preferences, and offer personalized support.
