Phpfox module / application custom

Create a module for phpfox v4 Must have already created or modified a module for phpfox before. We need this done right and on time. Needs to be 100% completed by 6/15/16. [login to view URL] 1: Current weather will show current day with option to select weather for next day and day after. should show the following conditions: Wind, temp, humidity, visibility, pressure. 2: high tides & low tides including monthly tide table. Will work as follows: select state for drop down, then area, then select sub location. Display information after sub location selection: current status, tidal coefficient, monthly tide table 3:rising and setting of moon Show: lunar transit, moonrise & moonset 4:moon phase Show: moon age, moonlight, last-new-first-full.
