Well, I am sure I know how to do this. Of course, essential requirement is sufficient rights for the ASP process to execute command line, in this case - PowerShell. Also, please elaborate - by mentioning ASP you are thinking about old ASP from 1999 (I even know how to do this in this archaic technology!) or regular ASP.NET from XXI century? I can start right now and produce first working version in 1 day. Remaining time is for resolving possible issues.
