Pervasive SQL access code + upload data to server

[login to view URL] We would like code to do the following: 1. Downloadable, self-extracting/installing executable to run on XP, NT, Server 2003 2. Run in the background (as a service?) 3. At a configurable time/date (monthly, weekly, daily) it will access the database and pull data from it (SQL commands) 4. The SQL commands that it executes should be stored in a text file that can be easily swapped out (updated etc.) 5. Then store the results in an ascii file, name it by date and location, and upload it to a FTP server. 6. Connections need to be secure over the web 7. The code will need to determine if a modem is in use or not and then upload appropriately I have a good deal of info about the data base (file names and column headings for most of the records. The databases are full of confidential information so we'd need to work around that. I can give you a copy of the install disks which would create an empty data base - perhaps you could work from that and then test it on the live data base on our machines?
