Make Radio Button Selectors and Inputs Requireds in order to segment Mailchimp lists

Hi. Currently we are using PicReel to gain customer emails. Once the user sees the PicReel Popup they can enter their info and are given a coupon code to use on our online store. The issue is that we are using a name input, email input and radio button inputs. All of this info is correctly routing to Mailchimp when it is entered BUT not all of it IS being entered since all the fields are not required. I need to make all these field inputs required. You will need to use Javascript to do this as the standard "required" attribute is ignored. The goal is require all these fields so that we can segment our customer lists in mailchimp. I am unsure how to segment this and this is where you come in. I would like to get this completed quickly and today. Let's use teamviewer and Skype to communicate. You must speak English. Thanks!
