25 x 3D model builds from DWG (3DS Max)

We need a company who can build 25 x 3D models of real estate properties from DWG, many with multiple floor variations, the time to complete all 25 models in 1 month Detailed Breakdown: These builds are going to be placed in Unreal Engine 4 and in a set-up called the Configurator— Thus, all sections of the build needs to be split and separated in layers as per the demo (see FILES) - Our other guys will be placing the materials and textures change I that set-up — important is that you can just produce the 3dmodel as per the sample sent and fit the build guide lines The materials (sinks , toilets, fixed, bathtubs used for the build would be as per the samples inside these models) SEE style Guide for Builds: Any type of these — just so they match You will not be adding furniture — Just the base texture as per the demo sent. We will have 25 models we need completed by the 19 th of April— but you would send one by one as they are completed.. then 23 more for the next month of June After that we will have more.. but this is the first..
