I am looking for an experienced interior designer/3D expert/architect who can create revision of existing 3D designs for a triplex residential villa interiors in a gated community project. Specifically, I need someone who is skilled in 3D modeling and rendering. Scope of the project: I am looking to design the interior of my entire house. Design preferences: Although I have some ideas in mind for the design, I am open to suggestions and would appreciate the expertise and creativity of the freelancer. Ideal skills and experience: - Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering -The designer should have a solid grasp of modern design principles to create revision of existing 3D designs for a triplex residential villa interiors in a gated community project. - The ideal candidate should have experience in residential interior design and be able to work on the entire house. - I already have a specific style in mind and would like the designer to incorporate my ideas into the project. - The designer should have a keen eye for detail and be able to create a cohesive design throughout the entire house. - The scope of the project includes designing and selecting furniture, color schemes, lighting, and accessories for every room in the house. - The designer should have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with me effectively to bring my vision to life. - Prior experience in whole house residential projects is highly preferred. - The designer should be able to provide samples of their previous work and demonstrate their ability to create unique and personalized designs. - The project timeline is flexible, but I am looking for a designer who can complete the project within a reasonable timeframe 10 days. If you have the skills and experience I am looking for, please submit your proposal along with examples of your previous work.
