I am in need of a professional to generate 2D floorplans from a Matterport of the property that I will provide. The focus is to achieve a straightforward and clear layout showcasing the names of each room without the inclusion of detailed measurements or furniture specifics. I have extensive experience in the 2D and 3D modelling of existing buildings from both traditional survey information and point cloud / Matterport information. I have the construction experience to interpret survey information correctly. I have access to all the software required to handle the raw survey information, from which to produce clean 2D drawings. I carry PI insurance as a registered professional Architect. The work will be carried out quickly and professionally. (As a note, the PDF attached may be mislabelled and does not show floorplans, instead a schedule of works). Proposed fee is calculated based on 5 hours of work, for my lowest hourly rate of £45 plus 10% fee taken by Freelancer.
