I have a HTML web landing page that needs to be updated/redesigned ( non CMS). The header ( logo and menus) and footers - the blue bar with menus can NOT change. I have 90 pages of a website (not a blog, but a services company website) that I need SCRAPED, and then REDESIGNED and put into wordpress. ...and the must look good on mobile and desktop and the site has to be very fast.
