We are a community project dating application. We use astrology to match people together. We use a dating software called Osdate which is open source. We don't have a programmer on our staff and need someone to make changes and also to do maintenance from time to time. We have problems with Freelancers because they are not committed to our work & leave us to do other work or studies. I've been told by an expert the pages are set up with multiple queries on the entire database for each page load. The project is to: take the expensive queries out of each page load, which would significantly reduce the load on the server as well as the users page loading time.
