The program would need to include an extranet site that would allow the hotel's staff to modify room inventory, room rates, and room descriptions among other things. The hotel would prefer the program to be interfaced with our Property Management System to allow immediate reservation confirmation but the hotel will consider a fax or e-mail delivery system.
