Hello! I would need someone to design the logo for my new start-up. I have a very precise idea in mind so I'll try to describe it here. I am a translator and my company is called Passerelle. It means bridge in French so I would like something looking like a very conceptual, stylistic bridge, if possible made with brush strokes. My inspiration was Chinese/Japanese calligraphy. I want it only in black, no other color. Also, I just want the logo, not the design for the name of the company. If you have a website/blog with examples of your work, I would appreciate it.

Attached is a two letter (LJ) logo designed for a fine jewelry venture. I would like it to remain in the style of calligraphy, but want the letters to be in a gold shade with black background. I want it to be simple yet elegant and possibly see different versions of the same design, maybe different shades of gold? Also, the arrows indicate the thickness and thinness of how I would want the modified version to look (think of the way a ribbon curves).
