I have a GoDaddy wordpress website at youdaretoask.com. I recently updated some plugins, including bbpress registration, and it caused something to happen so that the actual comments people post in my bbpress forum area do not appear on the front end. However, when signed in as an admin and going into edit mode on each post, you can then see the comment. You can also see the actual comment in the wp dashboard in the topics for my bbpress forum, so I know that the comments are actually there. GoDaddy rolled my entire site and database back to before I made the changes, and also rolled back my plugin updates, but the problem still remains. I have a website that was working with PayPal IPN and customers monthly subscriptions. Since upgrading the site that is on phpbb3 it no longer works. Would require an extension for phpbb to be created that can manage PayPal reoccurring subscriptions. The PHPBB forum is at: Before planning to move to a new hosting account, we did a backup and something went wrong. The job. Fix the PhpBB forum, (it has no extensions or MODS) on its current host. Then move it with its database to the new host. The database has already been backed up and imported to the database on the new hosting account and the backup file will be made available. The logging in details and database name/password of the old and new hosting accounts will also be made available. Both old and new hosting accounts are on iPage.com. The new PHOBB installation can be a new clean install but is MUST retain its database.
