delivery picker hours woocommerce bug URGENT

hello i have plugin delivery picker i need custom code :

After 12:30pm automatic select next day no need calendar only date of next day

Only can choose delivery hours on shipping method Bureau / domicile

Orders taken until 10:30 am, the customer can choose among the 3 times:

11h - 11h30

12h -12h45

13h -13h45

-Orders taken until 11:30 am, the customer can choose from 2 times:

12h - 12h45

13h - 13h45

-Orders taken until 12:30 p.m., the customer can choose from 1 schedule:

13h - 13h45
