creating a runescape private server is a bit of a project but i am looking for someone who has experience doing this. i don't know much about it so i'm looking for someone who has done it before. I need EVERYTHING done. Setting up the server source/client, website, forums etc. Literally everything. Auto donation, auto vote, like i said only someone who has experience with this and can 100% get a server up and running with a functional website.
