I am a wife, mum of 3 and Dietitian of 11 years living in East Gippsland on a dairy farm. I am passionate about helping people understand how, why, when and what to eat to fuel their metabolism and feel in control of their eating and their body. I am wanting to get my business online and make it more professional.
I started working privately 3 years ago from home where I offer:
One on one appointments including assessments and education and I also off a 6 week tailored meal plan package.
I also run 6 week nutrition bootcamps. I have run four to date each with 30, 50, 50, 70 members respectively. These incorporate an initial survey to complete to assess their goals, activity and exercise levels to help me advise on which meal plan to start on (I have four different meal plans - 5500 kilojoule (1300 calorie), 6300 kilojoule (1500 calorie), 7500 kilojoule (1800 calorie) and 8400 kilojoule (2000 calorie). Currently I create a silent group on facebook which I add members to and I run the bootcamp through this. Each week I provide a 45 minute education session which I present face to face for local members and via facebook live video for those watching online. I post in the face book group everyday (a mixture of information, motivation and encouragement). I encourage others to also post any questions, comments or photos they want to share of their food. This is an issue because sometimes people miss my posts if there have been too many photos posted. Each week the group gets 4 new recipes to add to their meal plan which I send via email along with a PDF summary of the education material.
So what am I wanting:
I am wanting a public page where people can view my services and what I do and then I am wanting to have a private/sign in section so bootcamp members can log in for the 6 week bootcamp.
I want them to be able to pay for the bootcamp via my website with some different sign up options:
1. Sing up for one
2. Sign up as a couple (partner, friend, housemate)
3. Coming back again (for those doing the bootcamp again)
4. Nutrition Bootcamp and T Form Pilates Challenge (I work with a friend who owns a Pilates studio in Melbourne and she runs a Pilates challenge for the 6 week period)
5. Nutrition Bootcamp and 6 week Movement Hub membership (I also work with a personal trainer locally who owns movement hub (local gym) where I currently run my face to face education sessions).
I want to be able to offer, direct debit, credit card or payment instalment options (3 or 4 instalments) if they cannot pay the full amount upfront.
I want a link to send me their details (name, email) and payment summary.
I want a link to survey monkey for them to fill in the survey.
I am looking into getting my education sessions professionally recorded to I can just upload the session each week for bootcamp members. I would need 6 links to each of the recorded education sessions including the powerpoint slides so they can have an option to print them before watching the presentation. In addition I would need 6 separate links to each weeks written education material (summary of my power point presentations).
I want to also be able to upload the new recipes each week. I would need 6 links for each week of recipe uploads.
I need a discussion portal where people can ask me questions and everyone can see my response and then a separate link where people can upload food photos that they want to share.
I am wanting to also incorporate an exercise component so would need 2 separate links to gym workouts (equipment and no equipment) and Mat Pilates workouts. Within these links I would need to be able to upload exercise demonstration videos and also the exercises in written format.
I want to be able to easily edit the website and I want it done using Word Press if possible?
