We work on short deadlines and need a part time/ full time designer who can work with our current workflow:
1. We find a relevant wordpress theme based on clients requirements. The WordPress theme is super charged with essential page builder plugins (i.e. Elementor, WP Bakery, Divi etc).
2. We send the designer WordPress theme, color pallets and logo. The designer needs to use the combination of the WordPress theme elements, color pallets and the requirements we provide to spin up a homepage design using only stock images and placeholder text. (usually within 12 hours)
3. The homepage design goes for approval. We then do revision on the design until the client is completely satisfied.
4. We then design the rest of the 4-5 pages (within 24 hours).
5. After approval we proceed to replacing stock images and placeholder text with actual content for the website and get the website design ready for development.
