Mambo Template programming

I need someone to take a template that I have made, html programmed, and make it work with mambo. As well, I need a new mambo installation on my hosting account, and someone to port over the databases into the new mambo installation, from an old one. Must work to my specifications, must be prompt and on schedule :) Thanks!
