Building a free minecraft server hosting website

I would like to build a website that allows users to host Minecraft servers for free.
This website will function a lot like [login to view URL]
I have already personally designed the frontend and just need someone to work mostly on the backend of things, setting up the Minecraft server clusters and such.
To put it simply, the idea is that through sharing of the same servers, players will be allowed to host a minecraft server for free.
For example, if we had a 10 core 10gb ram server, this server would be able to host only 10 servers at once but could host 100+ people at different times.
If you have previous experience with Minecraft server hosting services and such and would like to take on this project, let me know.
