We need a Web Developer & SEO Expert for partnership on a global project

To all interested! We are looking for a Web Developer (Web Architect) & SEO expert to partner with on a project. The concept is finished, down to every last detail, over 25 pages business plan is written, which speaks for itself, and business model, strategy, budget and funding are made; one partner is a System Architect, CWO, whom you will work close with. We need a Web Developer responsible for all technical aspects of (Design, Build, Test, Deploy & Maintain) of the infrastructure and software, primarily front-end management, but also back-end i.e. LAMP, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Concrete5, Ruby On rails, open source CMS/Portals, ads management, and have a solid knowledge of SEO, social networking, pages & responsive web design architecture. THIS AD IS THEREFOR FOR A WEB DEVELOPER/WEB ARCHITECT/SEO EXPERT - READY FOR PARTNERSHIP INSTEAD OF JUST A ONE-TIME PAYMENT. The offer is 15-30% shares in the company, we will discuss this further. Additional to design & development (layout, graphics, multimedia, GUI, scripting, programming, content, compatibility, integration) you will be responsible for: • Managing the SEO with the CWO • Front-end site management • Optimize graphics • Cross-browser optimization Mandatory job requirement – demonstrated ability, working knowledge, and strong programming experience in: • HTML5 • CSS 2, preferably CSS 3 • LAMP • Javascript • CMS (Joomla, WordPress, Drupal, Concrete5) • CGI scripting • Build tools • Graphic design (Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Illustrator etc.) • Creative, technical and analytical skills • Knowledge of keyword search (longtail keywords etc.) • Some knowledge of eCommerce We will not demand or expect of any to give up their full time job to work on the project, since we have chosen not to hire or pay for hours to minimize the outset budget (if we could just hire, like large established companies usually do, we would not be looking for a partner/co-founder and be giving away highly valuable shares) so this is a project for like-minded entrepreneurs. Freelancers and self-employed would therefore be preferred, thus you can have your business on the side, however, we expect all candidates interested in partnering on the project to work full time beside your own business, not neglecting the project in any way - it will therefore take a lot of time off your pastime, and we only seek people who are serious about this and hungry for entrepreneurship. There is no doubt about the potential of the project, the demand and supply have never been greater, globally and locally, and the business model is self-supporting, income from day one (NB: no banners, no spam, no ads! No mental turn-off, only demand and supply, but no web-shop, shipping, storage facilities, or anything like that, so no complications and no additional cost in order to succeed, only maintenance, server cost and 'no cure, no pay' advertising in the outset - everything from then will run it self (eWOM), and everything is planned out with a 5-year plan. One of the partners will be responsible for marketing, funding and operation of the company. So you will only have to invest your time and skills.
