Website design only - NOT build

Posted this project earlier but wasn't clear enough about the fact that it is DESIGN only.

We are web developers looking for a freelance designer for this project to produce jpgs and deliver psd files. It's a small, simple site (no flash) for a business in the building industry, with a fairly quick turnaround. Full brief/IA/wireframes will be supplied. Can work remotely.
