Migrate a Joomla website to Wordpress Avada template

Hi,
I want to migrate our website from Joomla 2.5 to Wordpress and install the Avada theme.
The url is [login to view URL] and if you bid on this i want you to use the word "Button" in the first line of your bid.
I want you to tell us how long the migration will take and outline to process for it in steps. Also what other services you can offer once the migration has taken place.
We need to keep the same URL for networking reasons.
