Recreate website header image clean up logo

I'm working on developing a website for a client that must match the exact style of one of their existing websites. Unfortunately they don't have any of the original PSD files from the graphic designer.

The header for the site is a single image, but I need to be able to put a new logo on the header. This project has two parts.

1. Based on the .png file with the header logo (attached) remove the logo (upper left). You can either alter the existing banner image to remove the logo or recreate it but the style and colors must be an exact match. You should supply an image file containing the banner without any logo.

2. I have a draft logo for the site which my client supplied but it needs to be cleaned up so that it will look better superimposed on the header. Use the same basic logo design, but clean it up so it looks better on the supplied header. You can change colors, and fonts within the logo but keep the general design the same. You should supply the PSD file for this cleaned up logo.

I have a very tight timeline for this project, and I will need the work done within 48 hours, so don't bid if you can't meet the time requirement.
